The Founder and General Overseer of Royalhouse Chapel International, Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, has paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive of the Obuasi Municipal Assembly, Honourable Faustilove Appiah Kannin, at her office.

The visit formed part of his stay in the Municipality for an ongoing programme organised by the Obuasi Pastors Association, dubbed “The Next Level”, which he is headlining. Accompanied by the organisers, Rev. Korankye Ankrah and his team prayed for the MCE, the Assembly, and the people of Adansi. He also extended his condolences to the MCE on the recent loss of her mother. The Apostle General commended her for her good works and prayed for God’s guidance throughout her tenure. He further lauded her open-door leadership style.

Hon. Faustilove, in response, expressed gratitude for the visit, describing it as an honour. She praised the organisers for putting together such a timely programme to pray for Obuasi and the nation and pledged her support by attending the event.

In his closing remarks, Bishop Elvis Kessey — Chairman of the Obuasi Pastors Association, head pastor of the Victory Bible Church International (Obuasi branch), and leader of the organising committee — thanked the MCE for hosting them. He also officially invited her and her team to the programme, themed “Fresh Oil”, which is being held at Victory Bible Church, Mensakrom. The event, which began on Wednesday, is expected to conclude over the weekend.
