The first school in Obuasi, the Obuasi Methodist school, Antoboase has undergone massive facelift by the Obuasi Municipal Assembly.
The construction of the 12- unit classroom block is 90% complete.
The main structure of the building has been thoroughly painted and doors and windows have been fully installed. The only outstanding issue is electrical works.
The school since its establishment in 1900 has not seen any major infrastructural improvement till date.
