A two-day training workshop on the use of the E-tracker system has been organized for Nurses and Midwives within the Obuasi Municipality.
The training workshop which was held between 22nd and 23rd August, 2022 was organized by a team from the Ghana Health Service, Accra and the Ashanti Regional Health Directorate.
The training exercise was aimed at training health care Nurses on how to use E-tracker system to capture data of maternal and child health services as well as OPD services at CHPS levels.
Mad. Yaa Maanu, the Obuasi Municipal Health Director gave the opening remarks. She entreated the trainee nurses to take the exercise serious since it will help them in their line of duties.
Sixty-three (63) participants attended the training.
Thirty (30) Tablets were distributed to the Nurses.
Facilitators were Freddie Amponsah, (Ghana Health Service, Accra), Leslie Tetteh Gberbie (Ghana Health Service, Accra), Daniel Boakye Ansah (Ghana Health Service, Oti Region) and Daniel Ike Adinkrah (Regional Health Directorate, Kumasi).
